Internship Application

Internship applications for our hospital are announced on our website before each term, as determined by the Internship Commission.

2024 Internship Applications

On May 29, 2024, an Education Committee meeting was held with the participation of our internal and external stakeholders. It was decided that our hospital would accept only students from our own university as interns, starting with the upper classes approaching graduation and then moving down to the lower classes.

Students from our university who wish to intern at our hospital can apply in person to the Education Unit located on the 7th floor of our hospital with the documents listed below.

Internship Periods

• Period 1: June 24 - August 5
• Period 2: August 6 - September 17

Intern Student Application Documents

• Internship Application Form (below)
• 1 photo
• School Internship Application Form (3 copies)
• ISG Certificate photocopy or Transcript for those who have taken ISG courses
• Photocopy of ID card
• Blood Group Card (can be a photocopy of the driver's license)
• Single Physician Report (HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV, Anti-HIV serological tests conducted and interpreted by ASM or OSGBs)
• Photocopies of Hepatitis B and Tetanus Vaccination Cards

Note:

• Applications with incomplete documents will not be accepted.
• The Single Physician Report and laboratory results must have been obtained within the last 6 months.
• Intern students are required to carefully read and comply with the Intern Student Obligations listed in the Internship Application Form.
